What is the first thing you notice when you walk into a home? Of all the elements of a lovely home, the first thing we notice is how the house smells. Certain smells have the power to take you back in time to a place of happiness and comfort. Some scents make time stand still and allow moments of our lives to stay close to us as memories. A single scent can tell a thousand different stories.
Stephanie Lipnick the creator of Divine Home Fragrances has known since childhood that fragrances can alter your mood, your environment, and even your experiences. With over thirty years of expertise as an interior decorator and lifestyle event planner, her passion for creativity is endless.
All throughout her career, Stephanie has been conscious that no matter the event, whether a grandiose party, a wedding, or intimate dinner event, fragrance is the final, defining design element.
Early on in her curating career, she noticed that any visitors, from her friends, to her local pizza boy, would comment on how wonderful and inviting the aroma was when they would visit her home. With that affirmation, Stephanie decided it was time to create a lasting impression, and thus her first “Signature First” fragrance of ‘Welcome’ was created. It is appropriately named as all who enter her home say, “Wow, Steph! Your house smells welcoming, like it’s the holiday season!” She wanted those who enter her home to know that they are somewhere comfortable and cozy, with a touch of holiday cheer, and the scent alone does accomplish this. The hope was for all to feel ‘Welcome’.
Soon after launching her first fragrance, Maribeth approached Stephanie to create a custom scent for her wedding. Maribeth was presented with many samples, and Stephanie highlighted different scents in the high, low, and mid range. Unable to decide between the amazing options, Maribeth and Stephanie began to talk about launching a collection together. Soon the two began collaborating on how to bring multiple scents to market, agreeing there was nothing with the complexity and breadth of fragrance available. With a background in finance but a mutual love of arts, fashion, and cuisine, Stephanie and Maribeth soon found themselves with multiple products and fragrances, and Divine Home Fragrances was born: a full-line, luxury home fragrance brand curated in Atlanta, Georgia.
The exceptional bottling, packaging and presentation is a key distinction to the Divine Home Fragrances brand.
